Service
From the age of 3, children can make their first discoveries of snow sports with instructors from ESi Métabief. In an environment specially designed for the youngest skiers, learning begins gradually with fun exercises tailored to their age and their initial experiences on skis.
As the sessions progress, children develop their balance, learn to control their speed, and gain confidence on the snow. The goal is to foster a love of skiing while respecting each child’s individual pace and abilities.
About the “ESi Park” Children’s Ski Course in Métabief
To mark their progress, children can also earn their first ESi medals: Snowman (Bonhomme de Neige), White Mouse (Souris Blanche), Green Mouse (Souris Verte), and Blue Mouse (Souris Bleue). It is a fun way to celebrate each stage of their learning journey and take home a memento of their first achievements in Métabief.
Attentive to every child
At ESi Métabief, every child progresses at their own pace. Our instructors are always available to speak with parents and provide updates on how the sessions are going, the progress made, and the next steps in the learning process.
Exercises, movements, and courses are selected based on each child’s skill level and confidence. This approach maximizes time spent practicing while maintaining a reassuring and safe environment.
Progress is regularly monitored throughout the sessions. Once a child gains sufficient independence, they can move to a group better suited to their abilities or gradually leave the beginner area to explore Métabief’s green slopes. The goal is to foster natural progression without rushing the process.
